PACKAGING

All of our packaging, from shipping boxes and parcel tape to wrapping paper, are plastic free and made from 100% post consumer waste, making them recyclable and biodegradable. AlI products packaged in glass vials are meant to be reused and come wrapped in handspun natural Peruvian alpaca twine from a women in a local community with whom we work.

All bio formulations are created in small batches to ensure freshness and efficacy and are carefully hand poured in our private studio.

SHIPPING

United States
All orders typically ship within 24-72 hours of your order confirmation. All packages are sent via USPS priority.

International
We are pleased to ship any of our items internationally. If you would like to place an international order and have any questions please contact us for assistance.
No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.

RETURNS

Unfortunately and without exception, Bio Alchemy Olfactive does not accept returns or exchanges of any botanical items. Purchases of objects may be returned if in pristine, unused condition with original packaging. Please contact us directly for authorization of the return and to obtain an approval code before shipping. Once the approval code is received, goods must be received by Bio Alchemy Olfactive within 15 days. 

Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within seven days of receiving your order.
